Picked up a new digital camera today, a 10mp Canon s90. It shoots RAW and it has a 28mm – 105mm equivalent lens. It’s definitely the sexiest camera i’ve ever seen, can’t wait to charge it up and try it out. Wired Review
Well, after singing Nike’s praises just a short while ago, they go and bring back the awful sash to the World Cup Kits for the US Men’s Team. Granted, it’s a better sash than we had 3 years ago but I was really enjoying a sashless USMNT.
It’s nearly March, which means my yearly obsession with soul music is kicking back in. But instead of the Jackson 5 or Smokey Robinson, i’m obsessing over a new artist. He’s insanely cool and the songs will get stuck in your head immediately. It’s not just tinged in Motown sweetness, it’s immersed in it. It’s Raphael Saadiq.
Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant (Gervais’ writing partner) and Karl Pilkington (their radio producer) have put on a radio show and/or podcast since 1998. I’m not even sure I can explain it. It’s absurd and amazing and very, VERY funny. Last night, HBO aired the premiered an animated version of some of the shows old segments. The next episode will be this Friday at 10/9c.
